Description :
This charming completely wooden tealight holder presents a traditional German folk art scene with a shepherd tending four sheep and a dog beneath an apple-laden tree. Handcrafted from wood and hand-painted in bright red, green and blue tones, it features a picket fence, miniature trees, and two candle cups at each end. The figure wears a blue hat and long coat, surrounded by birds and flora for a festive touch. The paintwork remains vibrant and the carving details are crisp, reflecting its well-preserved condition.
